Why You?

You’ll join the engineering team at Yagro, and lead a new team focused on developing and running internal systems and services used across Yagro. You’ll work closely with the operations and engineering teams to make sure our internal systems meet the needs of the business.

You should have the following skills:

• Experience leading, building and mentoring I.T. teams.

• Working with and integrating with 3rd party service providers.

• Supporting users and helping them work with services and hardware throughout the company.

• Python and/or Javascript knowledge.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

• Ability to work with key stakeholders to deliver projects & business requirements

The Finer Details
Salary: 70K - 80K depending on experience. I.T. Team Lead 3

Location: This is a remote or office-based role within the UK. Yagro head office is: Eagle Labs Incubator, 28 Chesterton Road, Cambridge CB4 3AZ.
