To radically scale our reach and impact to farmers, we have established partnerships with leading advisory companies. We care deeply about delivering value to our partners and customers and we are looking to increase our presence in Scotland and Northern England.

We are looking for a smart, energetic individual to join us. You will be a key part of our team from day one, managing data flows from customers, and helping them make the most of our system insights.

This will include onboarding customers to our system; assisting and training our Partners with our platform tools; ensure customer value from our tool and services All with the outstanding customer service for which YAGRO is known.

Who are you? 

  • You are looking for major personal progression, at the forefront of change in our agricultural industry
  • You love building relationships and influencing practitioners in the industry
  • You have a background in advisory work with farmers
  • You are great at communicating and embedding new concepts to people
  • You are a natural reader of people, understanding their motivations, and how to help them achieve their needs
  • You have a core technical understanding of farm management principles, enough to hold your own with some of the best advisors in the business
  • You have a strong passion for the power of data and technology to help decision making in agriculture
  • You are autonomous, organized and proactive

The practicalities

Salary: £40k plus bonus up to 20%. Flexible depending on experience.

Benefits: Generous employer pension support; financial support on home working, company car allowance and phone allowance. 25 days’ vacations with additional Flexi-leave.

  • 25 days of holiday per calendar year (excluding bank holidays) with a flexi-leave system
  • Discretionary annual cash bonus
  • Employer pension scheme contribution of 5% of base salary, up to 10% matching basis
  • Training budget of £2’000 per year tailored to your needs and development plan
  • £250 budget for equipment support

Location: We are flexible on your location we embrace hybrid working, we have regular team meets in Cambridge. Regular travel to Partners will be expected.
