Rebecca Geraghty Joins YAGRO as Managing Director
YAGRO are delighted to announce Rebecca Geraghty joining as Managing Director.

With a career spanning the supply chain, Rebecca has held key roles at Sainsbury’s and spent 20 years at AHDB, (including six years as Director of HGCA), ultimately becoming Chief Technical Officer. Most recently, she served as Chief Commercial Officer at Agrimetrics, further deepening her industry and data expertise. Combined with living on a farm in Warwickshire, she brings a unique perspective to guide YAGRO in cementing its position as the industry’s trusted data expert.
“Going back 20 years, the development of CropBench with industry was a pivotal project for me in highlighting the value farm records and data holds. We were helping farmers understand their costs of production. Seeing the insight and impact that could have on planning and budgeting was cutting edge at the time. In my last role, I was working with DEFRA and the Environment Agency to make Government’s environmental data more accessible and open to industry. The overarching ambition now (as it was 20 years ago) is helping farmers make their data work for them.
Farmers are making decisions all the time, thinking across seasons, looking back, planning ahead, as well as the job in hand. My role is putting informed decision making, data analysis and YAGRO central to the farm operation. Highlighting the pivotal role we have in agriculture; data is there to support and guide productivity, profitability and sustainability across the supply chain.
My role in leading YAGRO is to grow the opportunity we have in front of us. Data security and trust remain rooted in our mission of developing accessible, advanced data analytics. Alongside this, I place great weight on ensuring we remain agile and keeping future developments both customer and delivery focused.”
Diana Overton, Group Managing Director of Frontier Agriculture and Chair of the YAGRO Board, says:
“We’re delighted to welcome Rebecca to YAGRO as Managing Director. Her breadth of expertise across agricultural supply chains and in truly understanding the value that data holds for customers will really support the growth of the business and solutions it provides. It’s an exciting time as the team continues to expand its core offer, further developing advanced analytics to better support the longevity and sustainability of food production and land management.
Rebecca’s appointment strengthens YAGRO’s position as a leader in agricultural data analytics. Uniquely placed in the sector to provide accessible analytics, YAGRO became part of the Frontier Agriculture Group in 2021. Today, the business delivers valuable insights through Frontier’s supply chain partnership programmes, while also providing analytics tools through its MyFarm platform. YAGRO has continued to expand its suite of analytics tools, providing farmers with deeper business performance insights, cost of production analysis, and benchmarking tools to improve decision-making and farm profitability."
