Yagro awarded Best Startup at the Rural Business Awards

As the Awards season continued across UK farming, we were delighted to be named Best Startup at the Rural Business Awards’ East ceremony, at Trinity Park in Ipswich. Supported by Amazon and Openreach, the awards aim to give recognition to businesses operating right across the Rural sector. The wide-ranging categories include Best Food Business, Best Drink Business, and Best Diversification Business.

Founders Anna Price and Jemma Clifford did a great job of taking us through all the talented finalists, with Michael Salter-Church of Openreach presenting us with our Best Startup Award.

A great evening, and another opportunity to look back on our accomplishments at Yagro following the Farmers Weekly Awards and last year’s Barclays Entrepreneurship Awards. We look forward to the National finals held at Chateau Impney, Worcestershire, in February.
